It's easy enough to say that olive oil is one of the best oils out there for cooking purposes but I think that there should be a greater level of attention brought to other types of oil as well. What about ones like sunflower, for example, or even the more commonly utilized canola? It's clear that there are many choices to consider and there are factors which shoppers should be able to take into account.
