The Process Of Advanced Genetics

By Toni Vang

There are many research activities that are being conducted in the scientific world especially in medicine. This is done to keep up to date with new diseases and changes taking place in our bodies due to changes in some factors. The changes in conditions we live in cause major alterations in the generic structure of the bodies thus the new traits are transferred to off-springs. It is important to have a strong background in advanced genetics so that it can help in transferring of desired traits to newborns.

This medical operation is concerned with study of genes from different organisms that carry certain traits. The scientist conducts deep study of these elements and is able to separate these genes from their original carrier. What follows is selection of another organism whom the traits that were extracted earlier can be transferred into the selected creature. This is aimed at transferring traits from one organism to another.

This operation is quite lengthy and takes a lot of time. It also requires performance by highly trained and experienced personnel. This helps to minimize accidents that may occur while extracting the cells therefore resulting to undesired cells being extracted. They operation needs to be carried out in advanced laboratories that are well equipped with new and appropriate systems to aid in this procedure.

The procedures involved in this process are quite complex and they should be performed with a lot of care. The first stage involves identification of an organism or individual with the wanted trait by the player. The skin of this individual is scrapped carefully to obtain some living cells from the affected parts. The scales are well covered to keep them alive till they reach the labs for analysis.

Obtained cells are immersed in a prepared concoction of special chemicals. These chemicals are made in such a way thy provide nutrients to the cells and keep them alive. This stage is done to help the obtained cells open up their helix structure and release the genes they carry. This stage is long and takes a lot of time to be complete. Cells also take in a lot of energy to unwind and this is provided by the chemicals they are submerged in.

A separation of the solid components is done and the solution comprising of genes is obtained. A test on the compatibility of genes to the body of a player follows. This is done by adding some blood into the mixture. This is then centrifuged to mix it up completely and the solution is forwarded for tests.

If the finding from the medical report indicate the genes are compatible, the solution can be used. The solution is injected into the blood system of the player. This guarantees the transfer of those genes thus the player will start displaying those traits after a short period of time.

Increased innovation in this field should be supported. This will result to ability to transfer more complex traits to individuals making them well prepared to live in different environments. By the impact of giving organisms new traits, they are able to compete advantageous as compared to others. This has made life easier to such organisms.
