Great Pool Party Games For Kids

By Angel Dudley

Any parent knows that pool party games for kids can be great fun if they are done correctly. Females as well as males enjoy all of these great activities which will help them become better adults in the future. People who have great social skills really know how to participate well in these events.

Everyone is included in all events which will require great teamwork and ingenuity. There are a variety of things that these young people can do without hurting themselves or causing any major damage to the area. Any smart parent could arrange all of these activities on their own and never have to worry about anyone being left out.

Relay races, wet t-shirt contests, watermelon push relays, boat races, rubber duck races and rope pull relays will all be on the menu. When a swimming tank is huge it will be able to accommodate for the small boats that will be used for the "boat races." No one is ever bored or annoyed with any of these great and grand activities.

Parents will take the time to divide everyone into a few great teams and after this is done two small boats are placed within the water. This will be the start of the boat races. The children will climb into the boats two at a time and they will try their best to hand paddle their way to the opposite end of this swimming tank.

During a rope pull relay the host will divide everyone up into two groups. Each person stands in the water on opposite sides while holding onto the rope. This is a tug of war race within the water and all players must keep their balance. The losing team will be yanked under the water by the winners. Everyone should have loads of fun from this activity and this sport can be repeated several times during the celebration.

In America wet t-shirt contests usually involve very busty women who like to show off their body parts. Luckily a children's wet t-shirt contest has nothing to do with this sexual fantasy for men. A t-shirt is placed into the water for a period of time and then it is left on the side of the tank. Sometimes there are several wet shirts placed together to make the contest a little tougher.

In normal fashion everyone is divided into two teams again and they must each place the wet shirt upon them. Each member has to swim the entire tank and then hand over the shirt to the next person. Everyone makes their way across the water and the team that finishes first are the champions.

Pool party games for kids will always include the rubber duck race. Players must all nudge a rubber duck from one side of the tank towards the other with their noses. If anyone uses any other body part besides their nose they are immediately disqualified from this event. Sometimes the ducks may prove to be a little bit heavier when they are on water. These terrific activities will be around for quite some time since parents enjoy arranging them.
